Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website, run by Gerald Nwoye Healthcare Global Initiative (Gerald Nwoye Foundation). By using the site, giving, or creating an account, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

• Gifts are made in Nigerian naira and processed by Paystack. Paystack's own terms also apply to the payment.
• You will receive an email receipt when your gift is confirmed.
• Your gift goes to the campaign you choose, or to where it is needed most. If a campaign closes or is fully funded, we use the gift for related work.
• Regular gifts (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) continue until you stop them. You can stop one at any time from your account, and it will not be charged again. If you gave without an account, create one with the same email address and your regular gifts appear there.
• If you believe a gift was made in error, email info@geraldnwoyefoundation.org as soon as possible and we will review it with you.

You do not need an account to give. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts that are misused.

Replying to an event tells us you plan to come. Dates, venues and plans can change, so check the event page before you travel. We will try to let you know of any major change.

If you subscribe, give, or create an account, we may email you updates about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email or our email preferences page. Receipts and account emails are still sent, because they are part of the service.

The words, photos and logos on this site belong to the foundation or the people who appear in them. Please ask before reusing them. You must not use the site to break the law, send spam, or try to access what is not yours.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
